Shipping

Standard Post - $10.00 or Free for orders over $200.

We use Australia Post eParcel to send all parcels. We send all parcels with tracking / signature required so you can track the status of your order all the way through to delivery.

Dispatch

Orders for In-stock items received before 12 Midday AEST are generally dispatched same day (Mon-Fri).

At Christmas we aim to also post orders within 1 business day, though isn't always guaranteed (Can extend to 2 business days).

Express Post

Express Post is available, though only on orders where product total is under 2 kg.

Delivery without Signature

By default our system sends everything signature required. If you would like to authorise for your parcel to be left in a safe place without your signature please leave a comment on the checkout page.

Please note: Be advised if your order is delivered and is missing / taken, we won't be liable. Why we prefer to send everything signature required, much more secure.

International Shipping

Yes! we do ship internationally! International postage is calculated based on the weight of the parcel and will calculate automatically in the checkout process.

Please note: International delivery of items may be subject to customs processing and additional charges. All tarrifs, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer and cannot be reimbursed.

Important note: Some countries (Including Canada, EU + Norway) have applied new importing tarrifs that may effect some orders. All tarrifs, taxes and duties must be paid by the customer where applicable. Parcels returned due to non payment of tarrifs, taxes or duties will be refunded less shipping.

Pick up in Smeaton Grange

For South West Sydney customers, pick up is available from our Showroom / Warehouse in Smeaton Grange (Near Narellan). We aim to process all orders within 1 busness day and send a message upon your order being ready for collection (Except during the pre-Christmas busy period, please allow for an additional day).

Shipping times (after dispatch)

  • Sydney and Canberra - 1-2 Business Days
  • Melbourne and Brisbane - 2-3 Business Days
  • Adelaide and Hobart - 4-5 Business Days
  • Perth and Darwin - 6-8 Business Days
  • Regional areas - usually around a day longer than the capital city, except for remote northern Australia where it will take a few more days

My order has not arrived!

From experience, 99% of the time your parcel is sitting at your local post office as the delivery driver did not leave a "sorry we missed you card". If your parcel has not arrived within the timeframe above either contact us (details at bottom of this page) or visit your local post office.
