Continue ShoppingWe use Australia Post eParcel to send all our parcels. It is a registered service with signature required so you can track the status of your order all the way through to delivery.
Dispatch
We aim to ship orders within 24 hours of receiving them. At Christmas we also aim to post orders within 24 hours.
All items in our store are held at, and sent from, our warehouse. Pre-orders will be sent once the stock arrives.
Express Post
If you would like an order shipped Express Post, please contact us. The cost of express shipping can vary widely so we have to charge exact postage for such orders. If your order is over $175 then the first $9.95 of express postage is free.
Delivery without Signature
If you would like to authorise for your parcel to be left in a safe place without your signature please leave a comment on the checkout page.
International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping other than to New Zealand, though if you are a collector after a rare set we stock please contact us. We reserve the right to not ship to certain countries.
For New Zealand customers
Please email me what items you want and your address and I will calculate postage. I usually use standard parcel post with tracking as it is cheapest. Please let me know if you want a faster method. I will then let you know how much postage would be. If you are happy with the postage quote I can then create the order and send you an invoice for payment online.
Pick up in Canberra (currently unavailable)
For Canberra customers pick up from my house in Lyneham may be an option. If you need your order quickly please contact me before placing your order. Except during the pre-Christmas busy period I am usually only at the warehouse two days a week so it may not be possible to get your order the same day you place it. If you have not collected your order within two weeks of me advising it is ready for collection I will post it out and charge the postage to you.
Shipping times (after dispatch)
My order has not arrived!
From experience, 99% of the time your parcel is sitting at your local post office as the delivery driver did not leave a "sorry we missed you card". If your parcel has not arrived within the timeframe above either contact us (details at bottom of this page) or visit your local post office.
We strongly recommend using the "please leave if no one is home" option at the shipping section of the checkout where suitable.
